the room was big, every day very good room cleaning, pool at the third floor was good and everytime enough free poolloungers,

breakfast was not available, in the area around the hotel until deep night it was very noisy because of bar entertainment,

Great location and friendly staff.

Really friendly and helpful staff.

A/C could have been a little better and room does need renovation in some places. No iron in room, but housekeeping were helpful enough to provide one.

Wonderful

Love this hotel. Have been booking here over 15 years. Location is great. Great rooms at the price. Quiet hotel on busy street. Walking distance to LK Metro and Tree Town which is become the "goto" drinking areas outside of walking street.

There really isn't anything not to like. This is a great hotel.

Good location rooms are pretty good size. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was great Nice balcony to seat out on. But you need to be at the rear of the hotel to enjoy a quite view

Nice hotel a little dated now, rooms have not changed since I first stayed there in 2012! Could do with a full refurbishment to be honest.

No complaints whatsoever with the hotel - in fact recommended.

I booked a suite on 4th floor and was very impressed for the price.

Agoda (in collaboration with Booking.com) make it impossible to redeem their so-called Gift Vouchers. $450 will go to waste and so time to look at another price comparison website.

Hotel was OK, bit a bit old and need some renovations.

The location is good, in the middle of crowded. At night could be bit loud from the bars opposite of hotel, but rooms from other side of hotel are quiet enough for a good sleep except the loud of the AC. The housekeeping ladies are very friendly and helpful. A lot of sun at pool.

The room of my fist day/night was not good at all. The AC has a lot of molds and very loud. The bathtub run out of water and the pumps for the spa needed to press it all the time. After I complained it, they allowed me to changed the room and showed me 2 rooms. The first room was the same, AC has a lot of molds and the bed was old, but the second room was much better, AC got cleaned but still very loud in the night. The lifts was broken, so in the night I had to climbed up the stairs to my room at 6 floors. Although I asked for higher room, instead of warn me about the lift, the reception was laughing at me. But one of lift is fixed on second day. One of the lady at reception speaks very bad English.

Good but would be better with warm showers.

Location is great and staff were extremely friendly

No hot water for most of the 3 weeks. When reported staff would run all taps for 15 minutes and say that is a bit warmer. They even changed rooms for me but alas still no hot water. Maintenance seems to be a problem at LK Residence.

Good hotel central location.

Well appointed room, comfortable bed.Friendly staff.

The bathroom, having to climb into the bath to take a shower apart from this, everything else is good, I’ll come back and upgrade to a better room

The staff at this property are very friendly. The cleaning team do an excellent job. Clean sheets every day.

The room could do with an update, however this is just cosmetic.

Good location all are near by and value for money

But don’t expect 4 star as they say.. place is quite ok, Hot water will not be available in middle of night if you want a shower, room cleaning staff will not change new bed sheet line, they just redress it, I can to call and request for change into new bed sheet. Staffs English are ok.. they understand half of what you say

Value for money excellent. Location good if you want Bars and Clubs. Would stay again.

A pleasant surprise awaited at LK Residence. I was worried about the noise given the location but rooms to the rear saw no noise issues. Disappointed no Breakfast facility but plenty of venues around the hotel to choose. Air conditioner was very noisey. Room was roomy and pleasant for the money. Front of house, door and maid staff all excellent. I would return.

Will definitly stay in the area again but there is better accommodation for the same price.

Great location, clean, good air con, good pool.

Photos must have been taken 20 years ago. Place is old and not maintained to standard. The floating floor in the room had 20mm gaps in it causing the occasional toe stubb. Kitchenette is nothing more than a sink, kettle & fridge. Balcony was tiny and balcony furniture is the most uncomfortable and oversized for the space.

Enjoyed my stay. Would consider staying again.

Location is great. Room balcony’s were nice. Value for the room you get is good.

The door has noticeable spaces you can see through around the frame. Decor was outdated.

The bed was extremely comfortable;

The bed was extremely comfortable; could do some grouting upgrade to shower stall; need to understand that Do Not Disturb means not calling the room and asking if you want it clean. But still a nice place. Unfortunate that they closed the restaurant.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Only minor issues.

Great hotel, Friendly and courtious staff. Very clean rooms.

I had an Air Conditionining problem in my room. The A/C belts was very loud throughout 2 nights and a couple of times during the day. Everytime I called the desk for this issue they sent a maintenance person up immediately, unfortunately there were some communication issues between me and the maintenance guy. Instead of investigating the issue completely lubricant was sprayed on belts. This was only a temporary fix as it continued to happen every couple of days.
